I finished a course but did not get an assessment and certificate… what do I do?

After successfully completing all lessons in a course, you are automatically enrolled in the certification assessment and feedback survey. This will automatically be listed under My Courses on your Dashboard. Once you have successfully completed the certification assessment you will be awarded a certificate of completion. You will be able to download this certificate upon completion of the assessment. If the certificate is now downloaded immediately, you can find a message in your inbox that contains a link so you can download your certificates at any time.

If you are having problems accessing your certificate, or the assessment to earn your certificate, please reach out to your Client Engagement Manager and we will investigate. If you do not have a Client Engagement Manager, please email us at info@shinydocs.com.
