Uninstalling the Shinydocs Indexer and Shinydocs Visualizer services

This article will walk you through the steps to delete the Shinydocs Indexer and Shinydocs Visualizer from the machine where you have it installed.

You would uninstall these services when you no longer wish to run these services on the machine where they are installed, OR, you will want to delete these services prior to installing a different version of the Shinydocs Indexer or Shinydocs Visualizer.

Instructions

1. Open a command prompt as Administrator.

2. Navigate to the Utilities folder, which can be found where the Shinydocs Cognitive Toolkit/Indexer-Visualizer were extracted.

3. Run “uninstall.bat”.

Shinydocs Indexer and Shinydocs Visualizer should no longer be found in Windows Services.
