Configuring Loader messages

Administrators can configure two types of loader messages to be displayed to end users while a search is running.

Messages

One or more Messages can be created and displayed sequentially and asynchronously before a search completes. By default three (3) messages are configured:

  1. Searching

  2. Verifying permissions, enforcing security

  3. Searching for more results

If search results are returned quickly, not all Messages are displayed. If a Facts message is also configured, Messages are displayed first.

Facts

One or more Facts messages can be created and displayed in random order after all Messages have been displayed (if configured). There is no default Facts message configured.
