Admin Panel Improvements for HPEL: Moved configuration settings from the offline-search.properties file and included in the v2 Server Admin Panel. (Ref: SD-2555)
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with date/time stamps on the Versions Page when the Server is in a different time zone than the Client. (Ref: SD-2701)
Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with not being able to display the Categories Window, based on certain permission settings. (Ref: SD-2737)
