Product: Shinydrive Windows Client

Version: 1.5.2.12

Date: July 23, 2019

  • Improved Deleted Items: Note that with this release, deleted items are pretty much immediately deleted on the ECM (as fast as the network call goes through). (Ref: SD-3755)

  • Forbidden List Now Blocks Editing: Previously, “forbidden” files were blocked for uploading to your ECM, but were not blocked from editing if the file already existed on your ECM. With this change, these files are also now blocked for editing as well. (Ref: SD-3726)

  • Content Server – Copy Document/Folder URL Path SmartView UI Support: In support of Content Server SmartView UI (added in CS 16.2), you are able to change the Copy Document or Folder URL Path in order to work with that new interface. (Ref: SD-3714)

  • Documentum – Version Saving Support: When using Shinydrive with Documentum, when saving a file the user now has the option to select minor version (x.1), same version or major version (x.0). (Ref: SD-3496)

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where uploading a 0 byte file into Documentum sometimes resulted in the file being displayed as a folder. (Ref: SD-3802)

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where AutoRetry was not working in certain circumstances. (Ref: SD-3624)

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where deleted items were not remembered properly between Shinydrive sessions. (Ref: SD-3730)

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with Shinydrive sometimes crashing when navigating a huge folder structure. (Ref: SD-3733, 3787)

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with dragging-and-dropping in a large number of files into Shinydrive, where the number of files displayed when finished is off by a few entries. (Ref: SD-3722)

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where uploading a file to the root of a Content Server Personal Workspace could cause Shinydrive to crash. (Ref: SD-3791)

  • Bug Fix: Fixed an issue where “error copying content to stream” was sometimes reported when returning to online mode with pending items. (Ref: SD-3795)
