Default PII Rules for Shinydocs Pro
Shinydocs Pro ships with the following rules for defining Personally-Identifiable Information (PII).
Sensitivity
0: Public information that poses little to no risk if exposed. Examples include public directory information like business phone numbers or addresses.
1: More sensitive information that could cause harm if exposed but isn't as critical as level 2. This could include personal email addresses or dates of birth.
2: Highly sensitive information that could lead to significant harm if exposed, such as social security numbers, credit card information, or health records.
Pattern check
Involves recognizing specific formats of PII through regular expressions or predefined patterns.
Keyword check
Involves identifying potential PII through the presence of certain keywords or phrases.
Algorithm check
Uses specialized algorithms to check validity.
