Configuring the Data Collection Spec for Sources

This feature is available with Shinydrive version 2.3.1 or later.

If the content source, configured in Shinydrive Admin, has an Enterprise Search Data Source folder in a language other than English or with a custom name, configure Data Collection Spec for it.

The Data Collection Spec setting applies to OpenText™ Content Server only.

1. Log into the Shinydrive Admin Panel

2. Select the DRIVES & PROFILES menu item

3. In the CONTENT SOURCES section, select the source

4. Scroll down to the Data Collection Spec field

5. Update this field

   1. Ensure “LES” is prepended

   2. After “LES” enter a space and the name of the Enterprise Search Data Source folder

6. Save
