I installed the Shinydrive Office Add-In but it's not showing up!

Problem

You installed our Shinydrive Office Add-In, but it is not showing up in your Office Applications.

Cause

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime is not installed. Most Office Add-ins require this and it is not typically installed automatically with Windows updates or Office updates.

Solutions

1. Download Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime at https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=48217.

2. Confirm that the Shinydrive Office Add-in is enabled in your Office application. For more information, please visit Microsoft's support topic at https://support.office.com/en-us/article/view-manage-and-install-add-ins-in-office-programs-16278816-1948-4028-91e5-76dca5380f8d.

3. Check with your system administrator if Office Add-ins are allowed with your organization’s Group Policy.

4. You may have the 64-bit Shinydrive Office Add-in installed but are running a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office (the default installer for Microsoft Office is 32-bit). Please uninstall the 64-bit version of Shinydrive Office Add-in and install the 32-bit version.
