Using Shinydrive Autoreserve with Shared Excel Workbooks

By default, the "AutoReserve" feature prevents others from opening a document for editing while another person has reserved it for editing. When editing a shared Excel Workbook, it may be necessary however for multiple people to edit the document simultaneously. 

In order to accommodate the need for multiple people to edit a shared workbook simultaneously, the "AutoReserve" feature will not auto-reserve Shared Excel Workbooks. This allows multiple people to edit the Shared Excel Workbook at the same time.  

We strongly recommend setting your Content Server “Max Versions” to a reasonable number – such as 100 – depending on the Workbook.
