Shinydrive Multilingual object names

Problem

When a user's language is not the same as the system language, some underlying OpenText Content Server APIs fail.  When Shinydrive tries to access an object by its multi-lingual name instead of the system name, Content Server will erroneously respond indicating the object is not there.

Solution

Shinydrive users should use the system default language until the Content Server APIs are updated to support multi-lingual names.
