Problem
Migration performance is negatively impacted by Microsoft Defender background processes.
Cause
Microsoft Defender can have significant performance impacts on Windows PCs, particularly on low-spec machines with <= 4gb RAM, <= 2 core CPU, etc.
Solution
Add the following Microsoft Defender exclusions by navigating to Windows Security > Virus and Threat Protection > Manage Settings > Add or remove exclusions:

Process – C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Programs\user-led-migration\Shinydocs Migration.exe

Process – C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Programs\user-led-migration\resources\bin\UserLedMigration.exe
