Getting Started with Shinydocs Review

Shinydocs™ Review provides an easy interface to rationalize and update document metadata during migration. Administrators set up custom document definitions and connect Shinydocs Review to their index. These document definitions facilitate the automatic population of metadata and document classification. With the Review application, users then access a list of these documents, working through each document and confirming the metadata and classification before moving the documents along the migration path.

Shinydocs Review requires the installation of two primary components, installed separately.

Review is a web application that users run to validate and modify automatically classified documents before starting the automated workflow.

Workflow is a backend service that monitors data, performs document recognition, and initiates the Workflow process.
