Sending the Control Center DB to Support

When troubleshooting issues with Shinydocs Pro we may require a submission of logs or the application database. Please follow these steps to retrieve and submit the .db file:

  1. Stop Shinydocs Pro Control Center Service, wait for it to stop

  2. Go to %programdata%\Shinydocs\ControlCenter\database

  3. Copy the embedded.db file to your desktop

  4. Start the service again

  5. Send us the embedded.db

The file is usually less than 10Mb and can be emailed to the support ticket or one of our analysts directly upon request.
